Where on earth to start when becoming a solopreneur, and where AI actually helps
A free 90 minute masterclass on where to start, and where AI actually helps.
Corporate to Solo in twelve weeks. You leave with one offer you can sell, and the AI workforce that runs the selling.
Twelve weeks of teaching, plus your first three months of support included for free.
Limited places · CHF 5,500 for the first intake · Tuesday lunchtimes · begins 12 January 2027
Knowing what you are good at is not a business. Neither is a website, a company, or a set of business cards.
What sits between them is unglamorous and nobody teaches it: a sentence that makes someone lean forward, a price you can say out loud without flinching, a way for a stranger to actually pay you, and enough of a system that the week you get busy is not the week everything stops.
The advice is not in short supply. Build a funnel. Start a podcast. Post on four platforms. Write a lead magnet, run ads, do outreach, niche down, build in public. All of it is somebody's real advice. None of it tells you what to do first, and doing a bit of everything is how a year goes past with you still unable to say what you sell.
So the design question was not what else to add. It was what to take out.
And underneath all of it sits the arithmetic. You left behind a marketing department, an assistant, a finance team and a research function. Every job they did now comes out of the same hours you were going to use for the work people actually pay for. That is what used to cap a solo practice, and it is the part that has genuinely changed in the last two years.
Six key steps. No fluff, no mountains of content, no cold outreach. One offer, and one system that fills it.
S.I.M.P.L.E. Six key steps. Simple because you're building your workforce aligned to it.
Both columns, every week, in one programme. The right-hand column runs the left-hand one, row for row.
Everybody else teaches you the practice and sells you the automation afterwards. By then you have already built the habits the automation has to fit around.
You will have everything you need to run your solo practice.

CHF 7,500.
Cohort 1 is CHF 5,500.
Tuesday lunchtimes. Then three months of support, included (normally CHF 750).
Time required: three hours, bare minimum. Five to eight gives it the attention it deserves.
Included: your twelve weekly group sessions, the library you read before it, the Friday Clinic at 11:00 to 11:45 where we go through your questions together, the 45-minute 1:1 introduction, async checks with no cap during the twelve week programme, feedback on all submitted artefacts, three months of additional support access and the community room.
You will also need a paid Claude plan, an automation account from week seven, and a mailing tool. These are yours and they are not included. I publish exactly what I use and what it costs me, so you can see the real monthly number before you commit to anything.
The thing this is competing with is not another programme. It is a year of working this out on your own, and that year has a cost you are already paying.
After that, additional quarterly support is CHF 250 a month, taken a quarter at a time.
Come to every session, live or on the recording within seven days, and submit the week's work. Twelve weeks, twelve pieces.
Do that, and if you have not landed a paying client by the end of our six months together, you get an additional three months of Quarterly Support, free.
What it does not promise. Not an income, not a number, and not a timeline for one. Those depend on a market and on what you do next, and nobody can honestly guarantee you any of them. What it promises is that if you did everything asked of you and it has not landed yet, I am not finished with you.
Honestly, it is hard. Three hours a week is the minimum, five to eight gives it the attention it deserves, and the session runs Tuesdays from 12:00 to 13:30, which is longer than a lunch hour. If you are still in the job, start with the free masterclass on 10 November, or Build Your AI Workforce in Six Hours, which is self-paced with no timetable and credits in full against a seat here. Come to the Studio when your notice is in.
One conversation with me before it starts, a Clinic every Friday where the first four problems posted get the slot, and async checks with no cap while the programme runs. Limited places is what makes that work. A hundred would not.
You direct these in plain English. If you can brief a person, you can brief one of these. Every agent is built live, in the week that has the work it is for, on your own material.
No. This is the first intake, which is why places are limited and why I am closely involved with each of them.
Company structure is jurisdictional and I am not a lawyer. I am a chartered management accountant, not a tax adviser. I will show you the fork and what each side costs. The answer for your country needs somebody qualified in it.
