Your AI workforce, built on your own practice, in two sessions.

Not a course about AI. Two working sessions where we build the thing that knows your practice, and the agents that use it.

CHF 995 · two sessions of 45 minutes · the six-hour course included

Who books this

  • You are already using AI every day and it still does not sound like you.
  • You have read enough about agents to know you want some and not enough to know which.
  • You are running a practice on your own and you are the bottleneck in every task.
  • You have tried to set this up once, got something half working, and left it there.
  • You want the foundations right before you build anything on top of them.

How it runs

Before we start

The free Systems Analysis

Twenty-eight questions about what you actually run and where the time goes. You get a written read back on what is possible. That is the homework, and it means the first session starts at how rather than at what. Do the Systems Analysis.

Session one, 45 minutes

What your practice knows and how it behaves

Two separate things, and keeping them separate is most of why this works. Put them in the same file and you get something that knows a lot and sounds like nobody.

Two weeks in between

You use it

That is the point of the gap. Things break, and what breaks is the agenda for session two.

Session two, 45 minutes

Fix what broke, build your first agents

On top of what session one built, working on your own material rather than on an example.

Included

The six-hour course

Yours from the day you book, so nothing gets taught live that you could have read. Build Your AI Workforce in Six Hours, CHF 295, included.

What you leave with

A brain. What your practice knows, written down once. Your positioning, your offer, your price, who you do not serve. Every agent you ever build reads it first, which is why the offer comes out the same in a post, an email and a proposal.

A how file. How it behaves. Your voice, your standards, the things you never say.

Working connectors. Connected to where your work actually lives, and tested with a real write rather than a read. A read-only connector looks like it is working, because every test you run is a read.

Your first agents, running on your own material. Not a demo.

What this is not

No automations. This is the workforce, not the plumbing. Nothing here runs while you are asleep, and that is deliberate: automating a process you have not settled yet means building the wrong thing faster.

Not done for you. You build it, on your screen, with me watching and correcting. You leave able to build the next one without me.

Not the twelve weeks. This is what runs your practice. It is not what you sell, who you sell it to, or what you charge. If that is the open question, start with Positioning & Offer instead.

Who this is not for

Not for somebody who wants it built for them. Two sessions of forty-five minutes is enough to teach you the pattern. It is not enough for me to build your practice while you watch.

Not for somebody with nothing to point it at yet. The brain holds what your practice knows. If you have not decided what you sell, there is nothing to write into it.

If you go on to the Studio

CHF 1,000 comes off your seat. That is the whole of what you paid here and a little more, so booking this first costs you nothing if you carry on.

The credit is capped at CHF 1,000 and applies once. The 12-Week Studio is the full thing: what you sell, who to, at what price, and the workforce built alongside it week by week.

Questions

“Do I need to be technical?”

No. You need to be able to follow instructions on a screen and say when something looks wrong. I ran technology HR and then technology reward inside a bank, which means I spent years working with engineers without being one.

“Why two sessions and not one longer one?”

Because of the two weeks in between. You cannot find out what breaks until you have used it, and what breaks is the most useful forty-five minutes of the two.

“What do I need before session one?”

The free Systems Analysis, done. Claude installed. That is it, and I will send the install instructions when you book.

“I already bought the six-hour course.”

Then say so and I will take the CHF 295 off. You are not paying twice for something you already own.

“Can I do this while I am still employed?”

Yes. Two sessions of forty-five minutes, two weeks apart, booked around your day. This is the part of the work that fits inside a job.

CHF 995. Two sessions, and a workforce that knows your practice.

If you are not sure it is the right thing, email me and tell me in three sentences what you run and where it is costing you time. I read every one, and I will tell you honestly if this is not the right thing.
