This is mine, running
I run this practice on an AI workforce I built myself. Preparing for a call used to take me about 20 to 30 minutes. Now, when somebody books a call with me, the brief is ready before I open it.
If you do it the same way every time, Claude can do it. If it needs your judgement, Claude can get it ready for you.
This is not about how to set up AI. It is about how to use it, and benefit from it. We focus on the operations, not on the thinking work: that stays with you. And it does nothing you have not agreed to.

This is for you if
You have clients, and the admin around them is eating the week. You have tried ChatGPT and it does not know your business. You want to build it yourself and understand it, but do not have time to learn it all yourself. 60 minutes each week to move you forward.
It is not for you if
You are not running a business yet: the Studio builds the practice and the AI workforce together. You want it built for you: start with the AI Deep Dive. You want to try it alone first: Build your own AI workforce, CHF 295.
What it costs
CHF 495 a month, six months minimum: CHF 2,970. Or pay the six months upfront: CHF 2,650.
On top, a paid Claude plan of your own, any paid plan, paid to Anthropic. Some automations run on a tool such as n8n, which has its own price. The session tells you before you sign up for anything.
After six months
Stay month to month, or stop. Everything you built stays yours: it runs on your own Claude plan, in your own folder.
If you stop, you keep the self-paced course for good. The live BUILD sessions, office hours and the members' room stop.
Questions
“Do I need to be technical?”
No. I am not either. If you do not know how to do something, you ask Claude, and the course shows you how.
“Does it have to be Claude?”
I teach on Claude, because it is what I run my practice on. The same logic works in other AI tools, but the lessons and the sessions are on Claude.
“Why six months?”
The goal is to make sure you are set up, and that you understand how it is working. At two BUILD sessions a month, that cannot be done in less than six months. It is also why the room is capped at 20 members, so the sessions stay useful and I can onboard every one of you properly.
“When is the weekly hour?”
One fixed hour, during the working day in Zurich. The day is confirmed before we open.
“Can I join later?”
Yes, any month. We just cap the room at 20 members.
