The gap this exists to close

Knowing what you are good at is not a business. Neither is a website, a company, or a set of business cards.

What sits between them is unglamorous and nobody teaches it: a sentence that makes someone lean forward, a price you can say out loud without flinching, a way for a stranger to actually pay you, and enough of a system that the week you get busy is not the week everything stops.

Most people leaving corporate spend a year assembling that by accident. Twelve weeks is the compressed version, done alongside people doing the same thing.

What you get for the twelve weeks

  • The Deep Dive. Tuesdays, 09:00 to 10:30 CET, every week. The main session. Recordings exist for the week something unavoidable happens, not as a way to take the programme.
  • The Build. Thursdays, 15:30 to 16:30 CET, every week. Where your AI workforce actually gets installed, and where questions get answered as they come up.
  • Six sessions with me. The Welcome Check before it starts. A written read on your positioning in week 3. The Offer Architecture Check in week 4. Two check-ins you claim whenever you need them, one in the first half and one in the second. The Review in week 14.
  • A Studio partner, assigned before it starts. Twenty minutes a week, in your own time, with somebody doing exactly what you are doing.
  • The Practice Room, included in full. The self-paced course underneath the Studio, CHF 750 on its own. You do not buy it separately and you keep it. It is also what you read before each week.
  • Build Your AI Workforce in Six Hours, included in full. CHF 295 on its own. You do not buy it separately and you keep it.
  • The agents. Installed with you in the group sessions, in the week each one has a job to do.
  • Limited spots. Not a number chosen for the brochure. Small enough that it is a room nobody hides in.

What this costs you in time

Two fixed sessions a week, both mandatory. The Deep Dive on Tuesdays, 09:00 to 10:30 CET. The Build on Thursdays, 15:30 to 16:30 CET. Six sessions with me across the twelve weeks and the two after it.

On top of that there is work between the sessions: reading before each week, conversations, writing, and building. How long that takes depends on what you are building, and I am not going to put a number on it that I have not measured.

The twelve weeks, what gets built, and what you have at the end

Tuesday is the thinking. Thursday is the building. You read before both.

Not a business that is running, because that depends on a market and nobody can promise you one. Everything you need to run one.

My own workforce has its own page: who is in it, what each one does, and the three rules none of them is allowed to overrule. The first one on that chart is a Chief of Staff. That is also the first thing you install, in week 1.

Content is in this

Positioning is inert if nobody sees it. So the Studio teaches two things about content: the three or four territories you can own because of who you are, and the system that gets a week's worth made and shipped by one person who also has clients.

The second is the one that fails in the wild. Naming what you should write about takes an hour. Stopping takes about two months, and the reason is always the same. There was never a system.

I run five posts a week against a real constraint, and the workforce behind it is the proof that what a solo practice can carry has genuinely changed in the last two years.

CHF 5,000 for the first cohort

The outcome is a full business plan and strategy, covering your position stated so a stranger can repeat it, your offer and price, the first real conversations with people who can say yes, and the AI workforce and operating base to run it all afterwards.

CHF 5,000 is the opening price, for Cohort 1 only.

The thing it is competing with is not another programme. It is a year of working this out on your own, and that year has a cost you are already paying.

What you will also be paying for

You will need a paid Claude plan, Pro at minimum, and you will need it for the Thursday sessions to work. You will also be paying for a mailing tool and, from week 8, an automation account. These are yours and they are not included. I publish exactly what I use and what it costs me, so you can see the real monthly number before you commit to anything.

Who this is not for

  • Not for someone still in a full-time corporate role. Both sessions are inside the working day and both are mandatory. Soundcheck is built for you instead.
  • Not for someone who has not decided. Soundcheck comes first, and if it comes back not yet, this is not the next thing.
  • Not for someone who wants it done for them. Limited spots, twelve weeks, and the work happens between the sessions.

Questions

“Why not just work it out myself?”

You can, and plenty do. It takes about a year, most of it spent on the parts that do not matter, and the expensive bit is not the year. It is that you are usually wrong about what you are selling for the first nine months of it.

“Will I actually get attention?”

Six sessions with me, including a written read on your positioning in week 3 and two check-ins you claim when you need them. Plus hot seats in a small group. Small is the number that makes those work. Twenty would not.

“Do I have to have left my job?”

Yes, or be on notice or garden leave. The sessions are Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon, both mandatory, and somebody in a full-time corporate role cannot make them. If you are still in the job, Soundcheck in November is the thing to do. You can hand your notice in over Christmas and start here in January.

“What if I get to week 4 and my thing does not work?”

Then week 4 is the cheapest place to find that out, and the Offer Architecture Check is the session where it gets said. That is also why Soundcheck comes first. The Studio is built for someone who has already tested whether there is anything there.

“Has this run before?”

No. Cohort 1 is the first one, which is why spots are limited and why I am in six sessions with each of them.

“What company structure should I use?”

Company structure is jurisdictional and I am not a lawyer. I am a chartered management accountant, not a tax adviser. I will show you the fork and what each side costs. The answer for your country needs someone qualified in it.
