Is there anything here?

Some people have an idea they have never tested. Some have no idea at all. Twenty days answers both, because the evidence is in the same place either way, and it is not in your head.

CHF 200 · 2 to 27 November · twenty weekdays

Tell me when it opens

Twenty weekdays from 2 November.

The question that stops people is whether they have anything worth selling at all

It usually arrives as who am I to charge for this, and it does not answer to encouragement. Nobody has ever been argued out of it.

So do not argue with it. Go and look.

Why I built this

I made this move myself, from UBS to a practice of my own, and week two is where I would have saved the most time.

Naming what you know is quick. Finding out whether it exists outside your own building is slow, and doing it alone means arguing with yourself and winning every time.

That is what the second agent is for.

More about where I was before this

Twenty days, one task a day

Week 1

What you actually know

Five times in three years somebody came to you specifically, rather than to the obvious other person. The questions colleagues brought you that were not your job. The thing you would decide in thirty seconds that takes someone competent a week. You end the week with three to five candidates, each with an occasion attached.

Week 2

Whether it exists outside your building

The hard week. You strip the employer context off each candidate, name the role that owns that problem somewhere else, and work out what those people do about it now. This is where most people will stop, and that is the week doing its job.

Week 3

What it costs

Runway, not revenue. What the first months actually take, so the decision is made with the number in front of you rather than after it arrives.

Week 4

Say it out loud

Five conversations with people who have the problem. You are not selling and not asking for work. You are asking what they do about it now, and saying so is what makes it get answered.

Week 3 is your arithmetic on your own numbers. I am a chartered management accountant, not a tax adviser, and I will not tell you what your number should be. If the answer needs somebody who knows your country's rules, get one.

Forty-five minutes at each weekly checkpoint. Everything else is one task a day. It is designed to be done alongside a job, which is when most people should be doing it.

What is in it

Twenty daily tasks, one a day, weekdays only, by email. Each one is a piece of work on your own situation, not a lesson.

Four weekly checkpoints, forty-five minutes each, where the week's work gets assembled into something.

Two agents. One interviews you and writes down what you say, because most people cannot see their own answer while they are giving it. The other has one job, which is to disagree with you.

The Report. One page on day 20: what you know, whether anyone else has the problem, what you heard when you said it out loud, and what it would cost you to go.

Everything stays yours. The material does not expire and neither does the Report.

Day 20. One page.

You finish with a single page: what you actually know, whether anyone else has that problem, what you heard when you said it out loud, and what it would cost you to go.

It ends in one of four positions. Not a score.

Go
You have a thing, people want it, and the number works
Not yet, the money
The thing is real. The runway is not, yet
Not yet, the thing
You have something. It is not the thing you thought
No
Not now, and possibly not at all

Some people finish this and decide no

A soundcheck that always comes back sounds great is not a soundcheck.

Every course sold to people leaving corporate is structurally unable to tell anyone not to buy. This one is built to. If twenty days and CHF 200 stop you spending eighteen months and your savings on something the market was never going to want, that is the best result on the page.

Who this is not for

Not for someone who wants their next role. Not for someone at the very start: you need ten years of real depth in something, and this is built for people who have twenty.

It is also not for someone who has already decided and just wants to be told they are right. You will not enjoy week 2.

Questions

“CHF 200 for a set of emails?”

You are not paying for the emails. You are paying for twenty days of structure, two agents that do work you cannot do on your own, and a written verdict at the end.

The comparison is not another course. It is eighteen months and your savings spent on something the market was never going to want.

It is also the cheapest verdict you will ever get. If twenty days come back as no, that is what the two hundred bought, and it is the best money on this page.

Can I do this while still employed?

That is who it is designed for. One task a day, forty-five minutes at a weekly checkpoint. Finding out before you hand in your notice is the whole point.

What if I miss days?

Everything stays available. The checkpoints are the structure that matters.

Is this coaching?

No. You do the work and the material tells you what it means. Nobody is on a call telling you that you can do it.

What happens after?

Where you go depends on which of the four you land on. Nothing is sold to you on day 20 that does not fit the verdict you got.

Has this run before?

No. This is the first one, which is why it is CHF 200 and why the group is small enough that I read what people write.
