“Is this a funnel?”
Yes, in the sense that the steps are in an order and the order is not accidental. No, in the sense that most people stop at the first one and that is the result the first one is built to produce.
Soundcheck ends in four possible verdicts and only one of them is go. If it comes back no, nothing here is the next thing, and you will have found that out for CHF 200 instead of eighteen months.
“Why is it all laid out if you want me to buy the first one?”
Because at 5,000 nobody should be surprised by what comes after. If the whole route is only visible once you are inside it, that is the thing to be suspicious of.
