Book Positioning & Offer

Who books this

  • You have left, or you are leaving, and you describe what you do differently every time somebody asks.
  • You have three things you could sell and no way of choosing between them.
  • You have been quoting whatever the client seems able to afford.
  • You know the twelve weeks is the right thing and January is too far away.
  • You do not want a group.

The four weeks

The same ground as the first four weeks of the Studio, one to one instead of in a room of eight. Forty-five minutes each rather than ninety, because ninety is what it takes to give eight people feedback and here there is one.

Week one

Value proposition, and who it is for

One problem, one transformation, written as a single sentence. Then the person it is for, named, with the journey they are on and the thing they would never say out loud. No demographics, and not a persona. You also leave with four lines on who it is not for, which is the harder half.

Week two

The offer stack

Everything you could sell, laid out, and then the decision nobody enjoys: which one leads. The rest sit behind it or wait. An offer that has to be explained before it can be bought is a stack that has not been sorted.

Week three

LinkedIn, optimised

We align your LinkedIn profile against what week one settled, and lock in your final position. Not a website. You do not need one yet and I will tell you why.

Week four

Pricing

We start from what you need to earn and work back, which is the opposite of how it usually gets done. Your floor, with the arithmetic behind it. Then the offer written in four lines, priced at or above it.

What you leave with

One offer, on one page, with a price on it. That is the whole point and it is the only thing I am promising.

Underneath it: the sentence, the person it is for, the four lines on who it is not for, your floor with the arithmetic, and a profile that says the same thing.

And your LinkedIn will say the same thing. That is the part that gets put off longest, and week three is where it stops being optional.

No technology in this one

No AI workforce, no agents, no tooling. That is deliberate rather than a gap.

A workforce cannot run a practice you have not decided yet. Build the agents first and you get something that says last month's positioning very efficiently, in four places at once.

If the workforce is what you came for, that is AI Workforce Foundations, CHF 995, and it is the other half of this. The twelve weeks is where the two run alongside each other.

Who this is not for

Not for somebody who already has an offer selling. If work is coming in and the question is how to handle more of it, this is the wrong four weeks.

Not for somebody who wants it written for them. You do the work between sessions. I will tell you when it is not good enough, which is what you are paying for.

Not a funnel build. Four weeks gets you the offer. It does not get you the workshop, the list or the call, and I would rather say so here than at week three.

If you go on to the Studio

CHF 1,000 comes off your seat. The credit is capped at CHF 1,000 and applies once.

You will also arrive having done the first four weeks already, which is not nothing. The people who struggle in a cohort are the ones still deciding what they sell in week six. The 12-Week Studio begins 12 January 2027.

Questions

“Why not just wait for the Studio?”

If you can wait, wait. The twelve weeks is better and it is the thing I would point you at. This exists for people who cannot leave the offer undecided until January, and for people who will not sit in a room of eight discussing leaving their job.

“Forty-five minutes, four times. Is that enough?”

For two topics, yes, and the shape is deliberate. Each session teaches one thing and sets the work, and the work is where it actually happens. What you do between the sessions is longer than the sessions.

“What if I get to week four and the price is wrong?”

Then we found out in four weeks rather than after a year of quoting it. That is what week four is for, and it is the week people are most surprised by.

“Can I do this while I am still employed?”

Yes. Forty-five minutes a week, booked around your day, and the work between sessions is thinking rather than building. This is the part that fits inside a job, which the twelve weeks honestly does not.

“Is this coaching?”

Partly, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Helping somebody work out what to sell and what to charge is coaching in the ordinary sense. What makes it narrower is that I spent years deciding what people were worth from the other side of the table.

If you are not sure it is the right thing, email me and tell me in three sentences what you are thinking of selling. I read every one, and I will tell you honestly if you are further along than this.
